At the moment, for some equipment (cameras and recorders) from third-party manufacturers there is integration, which allows to install a special version of firmware with service support on a device and connect it directly to Ivideon (without using additional applications or equipment). A specialized version of the firmware is available for a limited list of cameras from the following manufacturers:
- Dahua
- IMOU
- Hikvision
- HiWatch
- Uniview
If you have a device from this manufacturers list and you'd like to connect it directly to the service (if it is not possible to use additional software or equipment, for example), you can contact our managers team by global@ivideon.com email.
